IS THIS BOXING-FOR-FITNESS?
No. We teach people how to box. Members of our gym will gain the fundamental understandings of offensive and defensive strategies regarding boxing although members will get in shape because of the intensity of the workouts. What we do is not considered boxing-for-fitness.
HOW MUCH IS YOUR MEMBERSHIP?

WHEN ARE YOUR CLASSES?
Classes are offered Monday-Friday at 5pm and 7pm. They are usually around 1.5 hours.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO JOIN?
We require 180" hand-wraps and 16oz boxing gloves. Not having any boxing equipment for your first few workouts is not an issue.
WHAT IS A CLASS LIKE FOR BEGINNERS?
For beginners, in the first few classes we show them their boxing stance, how to find your balance their stance, how to position their hands, and how to maneuver in more than one direction in the boxing stance. Shortly thereafter, proper punching and defensive technique is shown.
DOES TCB TRAIN FIGHTERS AND GO TO COMPETITION?
Yes. Members who are interested in competing are trained under a different scrutiny than non-competing members. Competing in amateur or professional boxing events is not something to be taken lightly because of the dangers of the sport. For this reason, only members who have trained hard and followed the training curriculum will be taken to fights by TCB coaches.
DO YOU TRAIN KIDS?
Yes. We train kids ages 10 and up. Class take place Monday - Friday starting at 7 pm.
