MORE THAN A BOXING GYM
At TCB, we've developed a boxing program where students of all skill-levels can learn the sport of boxing.
In our classes, members are guided through the fundamentals of boxing taught by our professional boxing coaches.
For further clarification, this is not boxing for fitness. We will teach you how to box.
Coaches foster member development in boxing technique, self-defense, and physical conditioning.
The outcomes are increased stamina, boxing IQ, and confidence in the athletes.

BOXING CONDITIONING
Boxing Conditioning is major part of the boxing instructions class. Boxing is serious sport. and in the ring anything can happen. Our conditioning program prepares members to succeed in any physical challenges they may encounter. It consists of high-intensity core training, boxing drills, and speed and agility exercises. Lean muscle gain, weigh-loss, increased endurance, strength and speed are some of the benefits.
OPEN GYM
Our members enjoy a 2,000-square-foot professional boxing gym with all the essentials to enjoy at their leisure. It has a professional 20' X 20' boxing ring, commercial quality rubber flooring, and all the heavy, uppercut, double-end, and speed bags a member needs. Conditioning equipment includes a Hammerstrength power rack, a self-powered curved treadmill, free weights, kettlebells, slam balls, and medicine balls. Stop by TCB and experience why we say that there is no gym like a boxing gym.
TRAIN WITH THE BEST
OUR STORY
Growing up in Tampa, Tampa City Boxing’s founder Omar Albanil had a tough time learning the sport of boxing. While training before his first fight, his nose was broken twice and he also started off with an amateur boxing record of 0-2. Four state championships and an undefeated professional boxing career later, wanting to help, Omar created Tampa City Boxing to share the knowledge and expertise he acquired throughout his years of training. What started as a vision, is now a reality that has helped him and others in facets way beyond the four walls of the gym.
